After School Clubs

Most clubs are currently suspended owing to Covid-19 requirements. We hope to be able to reinstate these great activities once government guidance permits this.

West Kidlington Primary School ensures that pupils have a wide range of after-school clubs and activities to choose from, giving each of them the chance to experience different interests and stretch themselves beyond academic learning. The school has a range of sports and special interest clubs, and has most recently started a ‘School of Rock’ club.

The clubs are very popular with the children and provide a further opportunity for them to interact across year groups to enhance the schools’ positive and friendly interactions.

There are many clubs and activities for all pupils throughout the year. These may include:

Football, Hockey, Basketball, Netball, Dodgeball, Cricket, Tennis, Athletics
Drama
Singing
Spanish/French
Imperium Sports Coaching Clubs
External specialists - School of Rock, Jujitsu

After School Sports Clubs

We provide a variety of free after school clubs throughout the week which run from 3:15-4:15pm.

Girls Football – Monday
Years 1 and 2 – Tuesday
Years 3 and 4 – Wednesday
Years 5 and 6 – Thursday

At the start of each term you will receive an after school club letter. If your child would like to attend the club, please complete the booking form and return to the school office.

Due to the clubs being extremely popular we operate a first come, first served system. We can only accept a maximum of 20 children per club. If your child does not make it onto the club they will be put on a reserve list for the next terms after school club.
